1、东华大学硕士学位论文摘要纳米纤维膜层合板的屏蔽效能随着MWCNTs质量分数的增加而增加;MWCNTs质量分数超过25wt%后,由于材料的极化作用减弱而导致材料对电磁波的能量衰减作用减小。随着MWCNTs质量分数的增加,每一个层合板的吸波曲线上的波峰对应的频率向低频转移。将含有多层PAN/MWCNTs微纳米纤维膜的层合板和单层层合板的屏蔽效能进行对比,结果发现:当MWCNTs质量分数为25wt%时,含有10层PAN/MWCNTs微纳米纤维膜的层合板的吸波性能有所增加。对不同块数的层合板叠加后的屏蔽效能进行测试,测试结果表明,叠加之后的屏蔽效能约等于每块层合板屏蔽效能之和;并且随着层

4、nabsorbingfield.Electrospinningisthesimplestmethodtomanufacturenanofibresandthistechniciswidelyusedinthefiltermaterial,biomedicalmaterial,tissueengineeringandcompositematerials.Inthisstudy,anewtypeofcompositelaminateswaspreparedbyaddingMulti-walledcarbonnanotubes(MWCNTs)intoPolyacrylonitrile(
5、PAN)solutionforelectrospinninganditsapplicationinabsorbingareaswasexplored.Thisresearchhadacertainreferenceandguidanceforthestudyandapplicationofnano-absorbingmaterialsandstructuralabsorbingmaterial.Firstly,inordertoexploretheoptimalelectrospinningparametersofPANsolutionandobtainmicro/nano-fi
6、bermembranewithstablestructureandperformance,Orthogonalexperimentwasexploredtostudytheeffectofthreeimportantspinningparameters(PANsoluteconcentration,appliedvoltage,andreceivingdistance)onelectrospinningofPANsolution.ThestudyobservedSEM,diameterdistributionofPANnanofibersassociatedwithorthogo
7、naltestwasanalyzed,ItwasdemonstratedthattheconcentrationofPANsolutionwasthemostimportantprocessparameterswhichinfluencedthediameterofthenanofibers.Thentheoptimumprocesswasobtained.Secondly,accordingtotheoptimumelectrospinningprocessparameters
