2、heheterogeneousnetworkwhichcombinesmacrobasestationsandmicrobasestationscanimprovethesystemthroughput,anditbecomesthemainnetworkarchitecture.Therearetwomainproblemsofresourcemanagementinheterogeneousnetworks.Ononehand,theuplinkanddownlinktrafficisasymmetricinheterogeneousnetwork
3、,andamajorchallengeishowtochoosetheoptimaluplink/downlinkconfiguration.Ontheotherhand,forthelackofthespectrumthechallengeishowthemicrobasestationworksonunlicensedband.Fortheasymmetricuplinkanddownlinktraffic,aQ-learningbaseddynamicu-plink/downlinkconfigurationforTDDsystemispropose
4、d.Itcantakeboththetrafficdemandandthechannelconditionintoconsideration.Eachbasestationneedsalearn-ingphasetoobtainitsbestpolicy.Q-learningbasedmethodcanhandlethediscretestateproblem,butthestateinourproblemiscontinuous.SowefurtherusethefuzzyQ-learningmethodtochoosetheuplink/downl
5、inkconfiguration.ItisshowninoursimulationresultsthatthefuzzyQ-learningmethodhasfasterconvergencespeedandhighercellaveragepacketthroughputthantheQ-learningmethod.Andtheproposedmethodsachievethehighercellaveragepacketthroughputcomparedtothequeue-awaredynamicmethodandthefixedmethod
6、.Forlackofthespectrumresource,usingtheunlicensedbandcanfurtherimprovethesystemthroughput.SoweproposeaschemethatLTEsystemworksonunlicensedband.Bychangingthepartsthatarethecarriersensing,thebackoffschemeandthetransmitprocedure,wecanusetheCSMA-basedMACincentralizedsystem.Oursimula
