1、摘要摘要21世纪是信息化的时代，而企业的人事档案与薪资管理的信息量随之剧增，起初传统的手工处理方式以及单机管理系统因始终不能避免效率低、工作量大等缺点，已经不能满足新形势下企业人事档案及薪资管理的需要。而另一方面，合理高效地对人事档案及薪资进行管理，不仅能提高工作效率，更能激发员工的工作热情。因此，一套应用于网络时代的人事档案及薪资管理系统在现代企业的管理中已经成为必不可少的工具。本课题以某电子产品生产企业为研究背景，引入先进的人事管理理念，始终把人性化放在首位，针对市面上已有的一些管理软件存在的问题进行剖析，取长补短，
2、对企业人事档案及薪资管理的需求、功能结构作了详细分析及改进。本系统以B/S体系结构为基础，采用目前流行的三层架构的分布模式，以MicrosoftSQLServer为后台数据库，选择ASP.NET作为Web服务器端开发技术。在系统实现的过程中，始终遵循软件开发的开发流程，即实地调研，人事档案维护、计时计件计算、月度结算的需求分析，人事档案及薪资计算流程优化，整体数据库分析，用户界面设计，系统应用与兼容性测试。在数据库设计的过程中，以PDM图为指导，生成数据库。界面效果保持淡雅的风格，符合人体工程学的要求。在系统测试的过程中
3、，测试用例做到详尽而整洁。代码做到耦合性低、可扩展性强，方便做后期维护及系统升级。本文首先阐述了课题的背景意义以及国内外的研究现状，然后进行了系统的需求分析和功能设计，建立了人事档案及薪资管理信息系统，并编写了测试用例对系统进行了全方位的测试，最后进行了总结与展望。关键词：人事档案，薪资管理，三层架构，B/SVABSTRACTABSTRACTThe21stcenturyisanageofinformation,andtheinformationofenterprisepersonnelfileandpayrollmana
