4、telligentandinhand,everywhereandeverytime.Sensortechnologyisoneoftheimportanttechnologiesthatwereintroducedintherecentyears.Infuture,wemayhaveaworldwidenetworkofsensingdevicesthatcollectsallkindsofinputfromvariousenvironments,assessesthatinput,andthensharesitwithu
5、shumansoveraworldwidecomputergrid.Anetworkofsensorscanperformasanextensivemonitoringandsensingsystemthatprovidestimely,comprehensive,continuousandmulti-modeobservations.Thisnewearthobservationsystemopensupanewavenuetofastassimilationofdatafromvarioussensorsandtoac
6、curateanalysisandinformeddecisionmakings.Oneofthecriticalcomponentsindevelopingasensorwebistobuildageospatialinformationinfrastructure,abackbonethatconnectstheheterogeneousin-situsensorsoverthewiredorwirelessnetworks.Although,withtherisingtrendtousingofsensors,iti
