3、kedandlabeledandisinproperconditionfortransportationaccordingtotheappropriateGovernmentorInternationaltransportationregulations.”Vendorshallproduceanynecessaryhazardouscargocertificates,inaccordancewiththeappropriateGovernmentandInternationaltransportationregulationsfor
