1、摘要本论文针对我国城市路灯系统路灯分布广、损坏率高,路灯管理部门排除故障迟缓日.费时、费力、费钱,以及现有传统路灯控制方式存在种种不足的管理现状,运用最新的测控技术结合GPRS(GeneralPacketRadjoServjce)公崩通信网技术、nc(Power1.inecomunication)电力线载波数据传输技术与计算机技术,没计城市路灯监视控制及数据采集系统,简称sCADA(Supervisorycont,rolAndDataAcquisition)系统,以实现对城市路灯系统进行远程的遥控、遥测、遥信和遥视
2、,达到节能、安全及城市路灯系统维护管理现代化和科学化的目的。论文主要工作在于系统方案的论证,硬件、软件的设计,对电力线载波通讯模块传输特性及抗干扰实验的研究,对系统实验结果的分析,对系统经济、社会效益的分析。结果表明,本系统在对路灯进行远程遥控、遥测、遥信和遥视的同时,实现了对单个路灯的点控并有效地将工作电流降低了50%,功率因数从O.8提高到().9以卜,且其启动电流大大降低,小于O.75A,不仅延长了路灯寿命,而目提高了能效比,降低了线路损耗,达到了真正意义上的节能。关键词:城市路灯,智能监控,GPRs,PLc
