1、摘要摘要农村的养老保障问题一直是学界讨论的重点，解决农村养老保障问题，对于实现我国农业现代化，实现农业的可持续发展和社会稳定具有十分重要的意义。同时也是构建和谐社会，建设社会主义新农村的重要任务。本文在对我国农村“半工半耕’’过密农业将长期存在这一情况的认识下，分析了家庭养老，社会养老保险，土地保障这三种典型养老模式。同时借鉴日本“家庭一社会”养老保障方式，根据“半工半耕”过密农业这条主线，认为家庭养老与土地保障在一段时间内仍将在我国农村养老保障中起到重要作用，而社会养老保险是我国未来发展图景。论文力求把三种养老方式以最佳的方式有机结合以构建适合我国国情，同时又符合时代发展特点中

2、国农村养老保障体系。正文分为四章：第一章对目前我国农村养老保障现状进行了评价，简单总结了家庭养老保障，土地保障和社会养老保险的基本情况。第二章是对我国农村养老保障可能性路径分析。其中对家庭养老保障，土地保障和农村社会养老保险的各自优势和近年来遇到的一些问题与挑战做了详细阐述。第三章是对日本“家庭一社会”养老模式的介绍，总结了这个不仅深受中国儒家文化影响，和中国在传统养老文化类似，并且传统养老方式在历史上同样经历了城市化和工业化剧烈冲击的东方国家关于家庭养老和社会养老有机结合方面的经验，并认为这些经验对我国极具借鉴意义。第四章是在对前三章总结的基础上对我国农村养老保障构建路径的设想
