2、irelessandmobilecommunicationsrelaysystem.Theintelligentnetworkconstructedbymultiplehighaltitudeplatformsonly,orcooperatedwiththeplaygroundwirelessandmobilecommunicationssystem,willbethesignificantpartofspatialinformationsysteminfutureofChina,andalsowouldconstitutethethr
3、eemajorcommunicationsystemswithsatellitecommunicationsystemandplaygroundmobilecommunicationsystem,forprovidingindispensablesupportsofsystemextensionfromgroundcommunicationstospatial,orfromfixedterminaltomobileterminal.Inthissystem,theprimarytechnicaldifficultneedtobesolv
4、edismultipleaccessmethodologyaswellascontrolstrategyandresourceallocationalgorithmbyrealtimetime-slot.Reasonablemultipleaccessmethodandeffectiverealtimeresourceallocationbytime-slotcanimprovethesystemreliability,highefficiency,andsystemresourceutilizationratio.Therefore,
