4、edismultipleaccessmethodologyaswellascontrolstrategyandresourceallocationalgorithmbyrealtimetime-slot.Reasonablemultipleaccessmethodandeffectiverealtimeresourceallocationbytime-slotcanimprovethesystemreliability,highefficiency,andsystemresourceutilizationratio.Therefore,
