1、基于微纳光纤激发微腔WGM的高灵敏度折射率传感器设计研究AbstractInrecentyears,theWhisperingGalleryMode(WGM)basedtransmissionopticalmicro-resonatorhasgraduallybecomeahotresearchtopicinthefieldofsensing.Thedevelopmentofpreparationtechnologyhasledtoanincreasingnumberofmicro-cavitytypesandincr
2、easinglywideapplicationareas.Micro-resonatorhasadvantagesofsmallsize,highsensitivity,noneedoflabeling,andlowsampleconsumption,resultingintherapiddevelopmentinthefieldofbiochemicalsensing.Thispapercarriesoutdesignandresearchofhighsensitivitysensorbasedonthemicro-
3、nanofiberexcitationmicrocavity,whichcanbeusedforthedeterminationofphysical,chemical,andbiologicalpropertiesofsurroundingmedium.Itisofgreatimportancebothforpracticalapplicationsandscientificresearch.Thispaperfirstintroducestheopticalpropertiesofthemicro-nanofiber
4、andmicrocavities(includingthemicrospheresandmicrotubules).Theoreticalmodelsarebuilt.Thecharacteristicsofmodefielddistributioninmicro-nanofibersareanalyzedbyscalarapproximationmethodandvectormethod.Therelationsbetweenmicro-nanofiberparametersandevanescentfielddis
5、tributionareobtained.ThemodefieldofmicrocavityWGMisdescribed.Thecharacteristicequationofthemostimportantparameter--resonantwavelengthisderivedbyusingboundaryconditions.ThecharacteristicsofWGMareanalyzedbysimulation.Theeffectsofboththicknessandrefractiveindexofmi
6、crotubulesonthemodefieldofmicrocavityWGMareanalizedimportantly.Thenthetheoreticalmodelofmicro-nanofiberexcitationmicrosphereresonantcavityWGMisbuilt.Thelightofmicro-nanofiberentersmicrospherebyevanescentfieldcoupling.Discusstheeffectsofthecharacteristicsofbothmi
7、cro-nanofiberentersmicrosphere,suchasradiusandrefractiveindex.TheimpactofdifferentparametersontheexcitationofmicrosphereWGMisstudied.Therefractiveindexonthesurfaceofmicrosphereschangedleadtothedistributionofmodefieldchange.Andtheresonancepeakwavelengthdriftisdue
