1、华中农业大学2013届专业学位硕士毕业论文3.挂膜区水体中磷酸盐磷的含量与非挂膜区有显著性差异(氏O.05)。挂膜区总磷显著小于非挂膜区(火0.05)。固定化微生物膜对水体中浮游植物和叶绿素81.的动态影响:1.由浮游植物定性定量结果得浮游植物优势种分别是:8月非挂膜区浮游植物优势种为细小平裂藻(Merismopediatenuissima)、十字藻(Capiculata),8月挂膜区为细小平裂藻、十字藻;9月非挂膜区为细小平裂藻、圆柱扁裸藻(只cylindrus)。9月挂膜区为细小平裂藻、四尾栅藻(Scenedesmusquadricauda)、圆柱扁裸藻;10
2、月非挂膜区为小环藻(Cyclotellasp)、小形月牙藻(&minutum)、四足十字藻(Ctetrapedia)、四尾栅藻,10月挂膜区为小环藻、四足十字藻、小形月牙藻、四尾栅藻。2.8月到10月浮游植物密度和生物量逐渐增大。挂膜区与非挂膜区浮游植物密度在9月份具有显著差异,挂膜区浮游植物密度为89.81x105ind/L,非挂膜区为49.74x105ind/L,挂膜区高于非挂膜区80.56%。且挂膜区在8、9、10月份绿藻门浮游植物一直处于主导地位,水质情况较好,非挂膜区浮游植物9月份蓝藻门浮游植物占具主导地位水质情况劣于挂膜区。挂膜区与非挂膜区浮游植物生物
