3、versity(SJTU)andNorwegianUniversityofScienceandTechnology(NTNU).TheworkwasdoneandthethesiswrittenatSJTU,DepartmentofRefrigerationandCryogenic,during2014.Thetitleofthismasterthesiswasoriginally“Studyontheperformanceofcentralsolarheatingplantswithseasonalstorageusingundergrounds

4、oilinNorthChina”.Duetolimitationsinthemetrologicaldataanddiscussionswithmysupervisorstheobjectivehasbeenmodified.Thetitlehasbecome“ThisStudyontheperformanceofcentralsolarheatingplantswithseasonalstorageusingundergroundsoilinNorthChinaandMidNorway”,thestudyhasbeencarriedoutfort

5、wodifferentlocationsTrondheiminNorwayandSipinginChina.DuringmytimeworkingonthismasterthesisIfacedcertainchallenges.ThefirstchallengeIcameuponwaslearningthesimulationsoftwareTRNSYSandunderstandinghowacombinedsystemworks.Igainknowledgeabouttheuseoftransientsimulationsandthecompl

6、exitythesetypesofheatingsystemsThroughoutthisworkingperiodIhavereceivedagoodguidanceandhelpfrommysupervisors.IwouldfirstlyliketothankmysupervisoratSJTU,ProfessorYongLi,forhistimeandfeedbackonmyprojectthiswholetime.IalsowanttothankmysupervisoratNTNU,ProfessorTrygveM.Eikevikfora
