1、郑州大学硕士学位论文政治参与中农民利益表达问题研究姓名：李超申请学位级别：硕士专业：政治学理论指导教师：秦国民201105摘要和谐社会的构建最关键的内容就是要协调社会各利益群体之间的利益关系，最基础的问题是形成能够协调利益关系的机制，首要的就是利益表达，利益表达是政治参与的一种表现形式。随着经济的快速发展，我国农民在社会利益分化下成为了最广大的弱势群体，要想实现我国民主进步，必须保证我国农民在政治参与过程中利益表达的完善。本文正文的第一部分概括了政治参与理论、农民利益表达理论、以及政治参与和农民利益表达之间的相互内在关系。第二部分描述了当前我国农民在政治参与过程中利益表达的现状，农民政

2、治参与的愿望日益强烈，农民在参与国家政治生活过程中利益表达日益多元化，且出现了非制度化倾向，通过现状指出了农民在利益表达过程中存在的问题，如：主体水平较低、制度的不平衡性及组织化程度不高等。第三部分分析了政治参与中农民利益表达存在问题的原因，表现为：农民利益表达政治能力不足、农民利益表达组织缺失、农民利益表达制度存在缺陷、农民利益表达的保障机制不健全等。第四部分为文章的对策部分，针对之前原因的分析提出相应的可行性对策，其中包括逐步提高农民的利益表达水平、提高农民利益表达的组织化程度、加强舆论监督机制、改革与完善农民利益表达的制度化渠道、创建良好的农民利益表达的保障机制等，通过对政治参与
