1、重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要摘要休闲体育就是以满足人们休闲、娱乐需要为主要价值取向的各种体育活动，不仅包括人们为了满足休闲需要而亲身参与的各种体育活动，同时还包括了大众为满足休闲需要而观赏的各种竞技体育比赛表演的活动。它的兴起标志着大众体育不断适应人们的需求，注重精神调节与心理调适，既健身又健心，使健身朝着更科学化的方向发展。它具有表现对人类身心终极关怀的人文精神。在促进人的全面发展，促进人与人的和谐、人与自然的和谐、人与社会的和谐方面具有不可估量的作用。论文运用问卷调查、文献资料、专家访谈、数理统计和系统分析、逻辑推理
2、等方法对重庆市休闲体育的现状进行了调查研究，认为顺应时代的要求，大力推进重庆市休闲体育发展，对重庆市的和谐城市建设来说，是一个有益的尝试；并进一步从社会学、教育学、管理学、经济学、文化学、组织学的视角，探讨了在重庆市发展休闲体育的可行性及指导思想和构建原则，设想了其的基本要素和结构，同时，对具体实施细节提出了相应的对策建议，以期丰富重庆休闲体育理论，促进群众休闲体育的健康发展，并对其他省份特别是与重庆市类似的城市和地区的休闲体育的发展起到借鉴作用，进而推动全国休闲体育的发展，使休闲体育真正成为促进人与自然的和谐、人与人的
