2、etc.Inrecentyears,Al-Cualloysaremainlyusedinconstruction,transportation,electricity,aerospaceandotherindustries,particularlyintheaerospaceandaircraftmanufacturingfieldtoachievethe"Castinginsteadofforging".Thehigh-strengthcharacteristicsofAl-Cualloyscanbefullybroughtout.H

3、owever,Al-Cualloyhaswidecrystallinetemperaturerangeandcastingispronetoappearhotcracking,shrinkageandothercastingdefects.ThesedefectsincreasedthecastingdifficultyofAl-Cualloys.ThecoppercontentinAl-Cualloyisanimportantfactorofinfluencingthesolidificationcharacteristics.The

4、reforestudythesolidificationcharacteristicsofdifferentCucontenthasimportanttheoreticalandpracticalsignificance.Inthispaper,singlespiralsampletestmethodandcastingalloysolidificationpropertiesanalyzerareusedtomeasurealloyhotcrackingtendency,thermalstressandlinearshrinkage,

5、studytheeffectofcoppercontentonthepropertiesofaluminum-copperalloysolidification.Theresearchresultsshowthatmobilitydecreasedfirstandthenincreasedwiththecontentofcopperincreased;whenthecoppercontentis10%,thealloyispreferablyflowability.Fluidityrisesupwardtrendwiththepouri

6、ngtemperature.DegassingtreatmentcanalsosignificantlyimprovetheliquidityofAl-Cualloy.Whenthecoppercontentof5.5%andthetemperaturedroppedto550℃,hottearingtendencylargest,mostpronetohotcracking.Whenthetemperatureis300℃,thethermalstressdecreasesandthenincreaseswithcopperconte
