2、ndhasmanyadvantages,suchashighintelligentlevel,defectdetectioncoverageanderrordetectionrate.PrintedCircuitBoardisthebasicmaterialofelectroniccommunicationproducts,whosequalityaffectstheoverallqualityoftheelectroniccommunicationsproductsandsystemstabilit
3、y.Therefore,thedefectdetectionmethodcarriedoutonthePCBiscriticaltoimprovethequalityoftheproducts.Becauseofitshighintelligentlevel,defectdetectioncoverageanderrordetectionrate,ithasbeenwidelyusedindefectinspectionofPCB.ThisprojectcooperateswithZhejiangOV
4、ITechnology,designingandproducingtheembeddedFPGAhardwaremoduleandtakingtheadvantageofparallelcomputingandassemblylineprocessingofFPGAprocessortosolvethecomplexlogicoperations.Itusesuppermachinetoimplementpartoftheimageprocessingalgorithm,thusimprovingth
5、edefectsdetectionspeedandrecognitionaccuracyofPCB-AOIproducts,whichhastheverygoodpracticalvalue.Themaincontentsofthispaperareasfollows:1)ItdesignsthePCBimagetransmissioncollectionandprocessingsystem,includingtheimageacquisitionmodulebasedonCameraLinkint
