1、沈阳大学硕士学位论文过程中,只有少量Y元素过饱和固溶在Al-0.3Zr-0.06B合金中,大部分Y偏聚在Al-0.3Zr-0.06B合金的晶界处。对Al-0.3Zr-0.06B合金进行Y元素合金化后,提高了导体的导电率、抗拉强度和耐热性。并且Al-0.3Zr-0.06B合金的导电率在Y含量为0.2%时达到最高,为59.5%IACS。(4)采用过时效工艺,可制备高性能的Al-Zr-B-Y合金的导体。Al-0.3Zr-0.06B-0.2Y合金在过失效处理时的时效温度、时效时间、抗拉强度、伸长率、等效导电率为:①160℃、12h、267.76MPa、7.0%、59.32%IACS,
2、②180℃、12h、265.32MPa、6.7%、59.54%IACS,③200℃、12h、263.21MPa、6.4%、59.73%IACS,④220℃、12h、261.87MPa、6.2%、59.94%IACS。(5)添加适量的稀土Y元素的可有效提高Al-0.3Zr-0.06B合金导体的导电性能,在时效温度和时间分别为220℃和16h时导线的导电性达到最高值,Al-0.3Zr-0.06B-0.2Y为59.4%IACS。关键词:Al-Zr-B-Y合金,连续ECAE,拉伸强度,导电率,时效处理II万方数据TheMicrostructuresandPropertiesofAl-
