2、theimitation,thispaperpresentsanon—lineoilmonitoringscheme.Forthecommonfailureoftheoilfilmbearing,thispaperchoosestomonitorviscosity,moisture,temperatureandwearoftheoilfilmbearinglubricationsystem.First,thesystemcollectstheinformationoftheoillubricatingsystembyvariousonlinesensorsandcorrespondinga

3、cquisitionsystem,thentransmitsthedatatothecomputerforanalysisandprocessing,therebyenablingrealtimemonitoring.Accordingtothemonitoringvalueandcorrelationanalysisoftheoilfilmbearing’Swear,ononehand,throughthetendencychartofwaterandviscosity,topredicttheoilqualityoftheoilfilmbearinglubricationsystem;

4、ontheotherhand,throughthetrendofwear,topredictchangeoftheoilfilmwear.Thecoreofthepaperiswearconditiondiagnosisoftheoilfilmbearing,whichincludingwearandweardebrisrecognitionisreflectedintheformsofon.1inespectralslices.Thevalueofwearisgottenbycalculatingtheabrasiveconcentrationoftheon—linespectralsl

6、accuracyandreliabilityofthesystem,thepaperprocessestheimageofthedebriswhichisincludingenhancing,filteringandedgeextradition.Finally,wedevelopthesystembyVC++.SQLandMATLABmixedprogrammingmethod.Atthesametime,wetestthesystemandverificationthefeasibilityofthesystembyoff-lineanalysisinthelaboratory.Key
