1、ABSTRACTWiththeimplementationofenergyconservationandgreenmanufacturingindustrypolicy,camshaftisthekeycomponentsoftheengineforautomobile,shipsinnewhightechnologyfields,thecomprehensiveperformanceoftheengineisdirectlyaffectedbyitsprocessingquality,soitscontourmachiningaccuracyrequ

2、irementsofprocessingareincreasing.CamshaftprocessingmethodshasbeenraisedfromthemechanicalcamgrindingtoCNCmachining,greatlyimprovingthecontouraccuracyandsurfacequality.Whengrindingnon-circularcontourofthecamlift,thegrindingspeedchangedramatically,CaxisandXaxisgrindingwithgreatacc

3、eleration,themachinetoolservosystemcausegreatermechanicalshock,grindingservosystemmaynotmeettherequirementsofhighspeedmachiningduetothepossibilityofproducingaresponselag.Soitisnecessarytooptimizeandadjusttheworkpiecespindlespeedbasedonthegrindingmachinesprocessingfeedcapacitycon

4、straints.Inthispaper,highspeedCNCcamshaftgrindingworkpiecespindlespeedastheresearchobject,thecamshaftCNCgrindingmotionmathematicalmodelisbuilt,derivedcamworkpiecespindlespeedequationunderconstantlinearvelocityconditions.Analyzetheconstantlinearspeedoftheworkpiecespindlespeedwhic

5、hisaffectingtheprocessingquality.Setthemaximumaccelerationlimitationvalueofwheelheedbasedontheprocessingcapacityofthecamshaftgrindingmachine.Forthepartaccelerationofwheelheedfeedingprocesswhichexceedslimitvalue,byintegratingtosolvetheworkpiecespindlereversepermittedmaximumspeed,

6、andusethespeedreplacetheconstantlineartheoreticalspeedoncorrespondingcornerrange.TheoptimizedworkpiecespeedfittingbycubicsplinecurveisappliedinCNC8325BCNCcamshaftgrindingmachineforgrindingexperiment,theexperimentalresultsshowthatthequalityandefficiencyareimprovedintheprocessingo
