1、宁夏大学硕士学位论文宁夏财产保险公司合规风险管理研究姓名：吴军安申请学位级别：硕士专业：工商管理硕士指导教师：张小盟201204摘要本文结合宁夏保险业发展实际，研究财产保险行业发展规律，论证合规风险管理是宁夏财产保险业发展的保障和重要趋势。由于财产保险公司业务的多样性和公司治理结构的复杂性，无形中大大增加了公司的经营风险，同时，合规理念的推广不力和合规风险管理职能的模糊又是可能引发财产保险公司经营风险的最根本原因。本文首先对保险公司合规及合规管理的概念进行了分析，明确了保险公司合规风险管理内涵，并

2、对宁夏财产保险公司发展状况及当前在合规风险管理中存在的问题进行了总结。在以上分析的基础上，重点分析了财产保险公司在发展中存在的诸如合规法律体系不完善、合规管理部门设置不科学、治理结构不合理等可能引发的各类风险，有针对性地提出了加强与完善宁夏财产保险公司合规风险管理的相关政策建议。本文认为，要提高宁夏财产保险公司合规风险管理措施的规范性与有效性，除了要树立合规理念并积极配合外部监管、建立健全合规机构和合规队伍外，还应通过加强合规风险管理理论研究、建立合理的评级制度及考核、问责评价体系等方式，实现宁夏
