1、ABSTRACTABSTRACTAsanovelwaveguidestructure,substrateintegratedwaveguide(SIW)withhighintegration,highQvalue,lowcost,etc.,arewidelyusedinmicrowaveandmillimeterwavecircuitsandsystems.BasedonSIWstructure,severalpowerdividerswithdifferentperformancewereproposed.Themain
2、researchworksofthisdissertationarearrangedasfollows:1.ByanalyzingthecharacteristicsofQMSIW(quartermodesubstrateintegratedwaveguide)resonatorandHMSIW(halfmodesubstrateintegratedwaveguide)resonator,twofilteringpowerwereproposedbasedonthequasi-Wilkinsonpowerdividerst
3、ructure.Onthisbasis,byembeddingadual-moderesonatorandmultipleisolationresistors,thefrequencyselectivityandisolationperformanceofthedual-bandfilteringpowerdividerareimprovedgreatly.Odd-evenmodeanalysismethodandcoupledresonatortheorywereusedtoanalyzeanddesigntheseci
4、rcuits.Meanwhile,byemployingSIWradialcavity,hybridmulti-viaprobeandradialslots,awidebandfilteringpowerdividerwasdesigned.2.BasedontheHMSIW,awidebandpowerdividerwasrealizedbyputtingthefeedlineontheshort-circuitedside.Moreover,byintroducingslotisolationtechnologyont
5、hebottomplane,theisolationperformancewasenhanced.Byembeddingdual-modeSIRresonator,theupperstopbandsuppressionwasalsoimproved.Basedontheseanalysis,two-wayandfour-waypowerdividerweredesigned.Furthermore,ahighpowercapacity,highisolationGyselpowerdividerwasalsopresent
6、edbasedonHMSIW.3.Withthetheoreticalbasisofholographic,afour-waypowerdividerwasdesignedbyusingSIW.Theinput/outputhornantennaandparabolicmirrorwerebothrealizedbymetalviatechnology.Thephasegratewasachievedbysubtractingthesubstrateinsomecertainpositions.Meanwhile,thee
