3、rchtheelectricfieldinelectrospinning.Tomeethighliquidthroughputrequirements,intherecentpastmulti-nozzlesystemhavebeentestedinChina.ThecomputationalsoftwareCOMSOLMultiphysicswasadoptedtosimulatetheelectricfieldofspinneret,whichcouldshowtheelectric-fielddistribu
4、tionsimplyandintuitively.Bythisway,theeffectofelectricintensityonformationoffibersisanalyzedindepth,toprovidethereferenceforindustrialproductionofelectrospinningnanofibers.Atfirst,theelectricfieldoftraditionalsingleneedleelectrospinningwassimulated,byestablish
5、ingthegeometricmodel,settingthematerialattributesofmodel,addingexcitations.Consequently,theelectric-fielddistributionwasshown.Byanalyzingtheequipot^tiallinesandvectordiagramsofelectricintensityandimageofelectricintensitycloud,combinedtheelectrohydrodynamics,it
6、wasconclusionthattheelectricintensitywasmaximumatthetipofdropletwiththemaximumsurfacechargedensity,whereelectricforcewouldovercomesurfacetensionmoreeasily,toextractedajet.COMSOLMultiphysicssoftwarewasemployedtosimulateandanalyzethemagnitudeanddistributionofthe
7、electricfieldintensityduringmulti-needleelectrospinningprocess.Systematicanalysiswasconductedonwhichthefactorssuchasthenumber,diameter,length,spacingofthespinningneedlesandappliedvoltageinfluencethemagnitudeanddistributionofthefieldintensityofeachneedle,andthe
8、theoreticalfoundationfor”endeffect”.Theresultsindicatedthatthepeakvalueoffieldintensityoccursatneedletipforsingleneedleelectrospinning,whilethepeakvalueswilloccurattheoutsidesofthe
