1、华北电力大学硕士学位论文摘要电力通信网运行方式对于保障电力系统安全、稳定地运行有着极其重要的作用。电力通信网运行方式种类繁多，且具有很大的动态性，为电力通信网运行方式信息建立相应的CIM模型是一种科学的、有效的信息管理方法。本文首先对电力通信网中典型的七种通信运行方式的信息进行了分析，分析的通信运行方式种类包括：光传输网络运行方式、接入调度电话运行方式、PCM通信运行方式、接入综合数据网运行方式、接入调度业务数据网运行方式、通信监测运行方式与纵联电流差动保护运行方式。然后，根据电力通信网运行方式的管理需求，利用CIM模型的建模方法建立了这七种通信运行方式的信息

2、模型，使得电力通信网运行方式的各类信息及其之间的关系能够分别以一种统一的标准进行表示，信息管理更加规范，并且具有良好的可扩展性，进而提高电力通信网运行方式的管理效率。最后，本文通过实例对建立的CIM模型的有效性进行验证，并设计了一种基于WBEM体系结构的电力通信网运行方式信息管理方案，这种方案从某种程度上可以验证所建立模型的可行性，对下～步的系统设计工作提供了参考价值。关键词：电力通信网运行方式；信息建模：公共信息模型：通信资源管理华北电力大学硕十学位论文ABSTRACTTheelectricpowercommunicationnetworkoperating
