1、摘要国际市场还没有从金融危机的负面影响中恢复过来，中国先后出台了一系列刺激政策来治愈经济危机的痛楚并取得了良好效果。太原重工是中国的龙头重工企业，通过海外扩张和业务转型开始大刀阔斧的调整业务结构为公司提供了稳定的盈利能力。文章从战略管理理论模型对太原重工的发展战略进行了探讨。首先，在战略位置上，既分析行业给企业带来的机遇与威胁，又剖析了企业资源和能力的优劣，并结合行业成功的关键要素对企业所处的战略位置进行了分析。其次，结合战略方向方法的理论对太原重工的多元化及业务单元的战略选择进行了研究，通过SWOT分析

2、、波士顿矩阵分析了解了公司目前业务情况。最后，针对公司的战略选择，从管理系统、技术能力和市场营销三方面提出了实施战略发展的建议。本文在理论研究的基础上，结合五年计划的政策对太原重工的战略进行分析，希望可以对重工企业的研究提供有意义的参考。关键词：太原重工，五年规划，战略，多元化AbstractThenegativeimpactofGlobalFinancialCrisisisstillreverberatingthroughinternationalmarkets；Chinahadissuedaserie
