1、我国证券市场发展与科技进步的互动研究内容摘要温家宝总理在2008年的政府工作报告的年度计划报告中明确指出“建立创业板市场”，从而支持中小高新技术企业发展，促进科技进步，推动整个经济的协调、快速发展。证券市场和科学技术，一个为经济增长提供“第一推动力”——资本，一个是“第一生产力”，二者在经济增长过程中发挥着重要作用。如何实现证券市场与科学技术的协调发展，对于一国经济增长具有重要的现实意义。我国证券市场与科学技术虽然取得了较好的成绩，但是仍然存在一些问题，影响了其功能的发挥。因此研究我国证券市场发展与科技发展的互动关系具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文利用定性分析与

2、定量分析相结合的方法对二者之间相互作用关系进行了系统的研究。本文分为五章，第一章是绪论，主要是本文的选题背景、研究意义、相关文献综述以及文章的内容、研究方法和创新之处；第二章研究了证券市场发展与科技进步的相互作用机理；第三章分析了我国证券市场与科学技术的总体发展现状以及二者之间的相互作用现状；第四章对我国证券市场发展与科技进步之间的关系进行定量分析，通过选择合适的指标，建立Granger因果关系检验模型，来检验我国证券市场发展与科技进步之间是否具有互动关系；第五章，在理论研究和实证研究的基础上，得出最后的结论，并提出了相关建议以及有待进一步研究的方向。关键词：证券
