1、大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文摘要本文主要结合燕山石化采用的国产化填料盘的失效现象，对填料盘进行失效分析。从失效的零部件的外观来看，缺陷的类型主要是断裂。作为超高压压缩机零部件，其材料机械性能、热处理、表面处理等设计、制造技术条件和要求具有一定的特殊性。本课题主要是通过对工况条件下填料盘所受应力进行分析计算，了解零部件的受力特征、应力分布规律及其影响因素，并结合断口、金相、材料性能等分析、测试工作，从应力状态、材料质量、加工质量三方面查找零件开裂原因。对失效填料盘的预应力进行测定，并和理论计算的采用应力大小和分

2、布情况进行比较，判断内外环的配合过盈量偏小，并通过实际解体和测量进行验证。通过对失效填料盘从断口宏观形貌、微观形貌、金相组织和机械性能等方面进行分析，确认材料的机械性能符合要求，但材料的夹杂较为严重。填料材料的夹杂相当于材料内部存在微观不连续缺陷，进而诱发疲劳断裂，是填料盘失效的主要原因。对工况条件下填料盘的受力情况进行分析，进一步验证如果材料各项指标符合标准要求，配合过盈量合适，填料盘将不会出现断裂失效。关键词：超高压压缩机；填料盘；失效分析超高压往复式压缩机填料盘失效原冈分析FailureAnalysisof
