1、硕士论文铜.钢异种金属双丝焊工艺研究摘要本文对铜(T2)-钢(Q235)异种金属进行了双丝焊工艺研究。试验中通过采用铜、钢焊丝的不同组合、改变偏铜距等技术措施解决了铜.钢异种金属连接时易产生裂纹、Cu侧难熔合等问题。当主机采用①1.2mm铜焊丝,不加脉冲,电压为26.8v,电流为304A,辅机采用①1.2mm钢焊丝,加脉冲,电压为24V,电流为136A,焊接速度为65cm/min,偏铜距为2mm时,焊缝成形良好,抗裂性能好,接头无气孔、夹杂、裂纹、未熔合等缺陷。对试验获得的铜.钢焊接接头进行了抗拉强度和硬度测试
2、。试验结果表明:铜.钢异种金属双丝焊接头的抗拉强度为220MPa,断裂位置在Cu母材侧的热影响区;焊缝区硬度值在102~107HB之间的范围内。借助SEM、EDAX、光学显微镜等分析手段,分析了焊接接头的组织结构及不同区域Cu、Fe的含量,结果表明:焊缝区Fe含量在22.78—26.75%之间,以(叶£)双相固溶体组织存在。利用ANSYS对最佳工艺下温度场进行了数值模拟计算,得到了不同时刻的温度场分布,绘出了焊缝纵向、横向不同采样点的热循环曲线,讨论分析了偏铜距对温度场的影响以及Cu母材的熔合情况,并利用红外测
