1、摘要为了获得轻质木基电磁屏蔽复合材料,本研究选取轻质木材刨花为基材,通过分析比较氯化钯乙醇溶液活化工艺、银氨溶液常温活化工艺和铜盐溶液活化工艺,择优选用铜盐活化工艺对基材进行活化处理,化学镀铜后利用环氧树脂双组份胶粘剂将施镀后的导电单元热压制成具有导电功能的电磁屏蔽材料。实验制备成的复合材料内部多层异向导电屏蔽面使传统屏蔽材料的“二维电磁屏蔽结构"升级为大量导电面夹杂其中的“三维电磁屏蔽结构",该电磁屏蔽材料内大量导电单位形成的多层异向导电面使材料的电磁屏蔽效能得到了显著提高。实验研究了材料的结构特征、导电性能以及电磁屏蔽效能,利用SPSS软件对实验结果
2、分析表明,化学镀铜镀液主要成分合理配比为:主盐硫酸铜809/L,还原剂90g/L,酒石酸钾钠(TART)20g/L,EDTA·2Na盐40g/L,亚铁氰化钾39/L,适量a,a’一联吡啶及聚乙二醇400(PEG-400),利用RTS-8型四探针测试仪分析测定该屏蔽材料平均体积电阻率为0.275Q·cm,在9kHz-1.5GHz电磁波测试下,电磁屏蔽效能平均值为60.44dB,完全可以满足民用电磁屏蔽材料必须大于35dB的要求。关键词:化学镀铜;木材;电磁屏蔽;复合材料StudyonLightweightCompositedElectromagneticS
