4、calvehicles(EVs)havebeenremarkablydevelopingtomeettheneedsforsocietyandhighperformances,butitstillneedsafurtherworkinthisarea.BatteryManagementSystem(BMS)isoneofthekeycomponentsinEVorHEV.BMSplaysimportantrolesintheefficiencyandsafetyofrechargeablebatteries,aswellasthedrivingdistancean
5、dperformancesofEVsandHEVs.Therefore,thisstudyaimsatthedevelopmentofBMSwithhigherefficiencyandmorepractical.Inthispaper,basedonthedataobtainedfromcharge/dischargeexperimentsandon-sitedatafromarunningEV,theNi-MHbattery’sworkprincipleandcharge/dischargecharacteristicwereanalyzedin-depth.
6、ThepaperproposedanovelSOCpredictionmethodaccordingtotheuncertaintiesinbatterysystems.InthenewlydevelopedSOCpredictionmethod,amper/hoursmethodwasintegratedwithRBFneuralnetwork,anditsaccuracyandpractibilitywerevalidatedviaMatlabandAdvisorsimulation.Basedonthestate-of-art32-bitsDSPcontro
