1、鞍山科技大学硕士学位论文摘要摘要本课题从中温沥青和硬质沥青基本组分及性能入手,通过对中温、硬质、酚醛树脂结合镁碳砖试样性能的对比分析,看出煤沥青作为镁碳砖结合剂,其粘结性能决定了镁碳砖质量的好坏,对于煤沥青来说,其B树脂的含量决定了煤沥青的粘结性能,所以如何有效提高B树脂的含量并使其控制在适当的范围内成为本课题重点。据此,本实验通过低温聚合方法以煤焦油、中温沥青为原料制备新型改质沥青,在对这种新型改质沥青进行基本性能检测的基础上,为新型改质沥青添加增炭剂,使其性能进一步提高,其理化指标为:13树脂为26.93%,BI组分为36.13%,结焦值为53.5%。以新型改质沥青为结合
2、剂制备镁碳砖试样,其技术指标可达到:体积密度:2.919/cm3,气孔率:3.92%,耐压强度:28MPa,高温抗折强度:4MPa(1400℃)。以酚醛树脂为结合剂制备镁碳砖试样,其指标为:体积密度:2.919/cm3,气孑L率:3.91%,耐压强度:35MPa,高温抗折强度:7MPa(1400℃)。综上所述,新型改质沥青结合镁碳砖的性能优于其他煤沥青结合镁碳砖的性能,体积密度和气孔率接近酚醛树脂结合镁碳砖的指标,但耐压强度和高温抗折强度指标仍不如酚醛树脂结合镁碳砖。关键词:镁碳砖,改质沥青,粘度,P树脂鞍山科技大学硕士学位论文AbstractThistopiccarryon
