1、华北电力大学工程硕士学位论文摘要摘要能源计量检测数据是企业能源量化管理、实现成本核算的基础，是科学有效的能源管理体系的重要保证。包钢和国内其它同类企业相比，在能源检测、统计、发布等方面还存在着较大的差距。这些差距严重制约着包钢能源管理水平的提升。本文研究的目的就是为了寻求一条合理而有效的途径来解决这一问题。本文针对包钢能源计量及管理的现状，通过对检测技术、VLAN技术、实时数据库技术以及WebServices技术的研究，成功地设计并开发出包钢能源计量网络系统。试验证明，系统能够满足包钢能源计量功能之需求。最后，在总结全文的基础上，对有
