1、兰州理工大学硕士学位论文摘要本文分析了国内标准材料数据库的开发对铸造CAE发展的意义。通过MAGMAsoft实例描述了在铸造CAE软件上进行国内标准材料库开发的思路及具体过程。在国内标准材料库的开发中铸钢材料的物理化学参数、机械性能参数、热物性参数、铸造工艺参数是影响铸造模拟结果可靠性的关键，是进行铸造CAE模拟必须准确确定的数据。应用差分的数学原理进行国内常见铸钢牌号参数计算，并对计算数据进行了评价。对所开发新材料参数进行实测；对数据处理，参数计算的原理和方法进行了研究，对热物性参数计算中的密度变化进行了

2、特殊的处理；对热物性参数计算中的误差和修正值进行了计算确定．开发了新的铸钢材料ZG30Cr06A．对所开发材料的相关参数通过光谱分析方法、激光脉冲方法以及射线吸收等方法进行了测定和计算，该材料应用于大型的煤矿机械中取得良好效果。完成了该材料在铸造CAE软件MAG～lAsoft中的添加；并应用MAGMAsoft软件对ZG30Cr06A材料的柱窝零件进行了铸造模拟；对柱窝零件的形状和铸造工艺进行了优化。应用所开发的国内标准材料数据库对水工机械铸件的铸造工艺进行了模拟和优化。达到了使用软件方便服务生产的目的。所开
