1、摘要ECO/NBR/HNBR三元共混胶料的制备和研究本文研究T--元共聚氯醚橡胶(ECO)/丁腈橡胶(NBR)/氢化丁腈橡胶.(HNBR)共混橡胶的配方、硫化工艺及其结构与性能的关系,获得可作为密封材料配方及加工工艺。本文研究内容如下:第一部分,研究了多个牌号的氢化丁腈橡胶,丁腈橡胶和二元共聚氯醚橡胶的综合性能,并系统研究了ECO,HNBR和NBR胶料的门尼粘度和加工流变性能,选择了综合性能较佳且适合共混的的胶料用于三元共混。第二部分,研究了三种胶料的硫化体系。主要包括三种橡胶各自的的最佳硫化体系和用量,硫化体系之间的相互影响,硫化时间的匹配以及硫化工艺
2、,最终找出了最佳的硫化体系,正硫化时间和硫化工艺。第三部分,研究了ECO/NBR,HNBR/NBR二元共混胶料的结构形态和炭黑补强胶的力学性能,耐油性,相容性,共混比,压缩永久变形,为三元共混体系的制备奠定了基础。第四部分制备ECO/NBR/HNBR三元共混胶料,研究了共混工艺,硫化工艺,共混比对共混胶料力学性能,压缩永久变形,耐油性,耐低温性的影响;研究了不同炭黑种类对共混胶料性能的影响。结果表明ECO/NB刚HNBR共混胶料可作为性能较高且价格低廉的密封材料使用。关键词:ECO/NBR/HNBR,共混胶料,性能,相态结构,硫化,工艺,共混比,相容性I

4、sthatthetechnicsandmanufacturingtechnologyofsealingmaterialcouldfulfilltherequiresofitem.Firstly,Westudiedtheintegratedperformanceofanumberofgradesofhydrogenatednitrile—butadienerubber,nitrilerubberandrubberdualPenton.AndthemooneyviscosityandtherheologicalpropertiesoftheECO,HNBRa
5、ndNBRrubberwerestudied.Thenwechoserubberwhichhaveabetterintegratedperformanceandissuitableforblending.Weusedthemintheternaryblends.Secondly,westudiedthevulcanizationsystemofHNBR,NBRandECO.Itmainlyincludedthebestvulcanizationsystemandtheamountofvulcanizationagent,theeffectsbetween
6、allofthecuringsystem,thematchvulcanizationtimeandthevulcanizationprocess.Wehavefoundthebestcuringsystem,curingtimeandcuringprocess.Thirdly,westudiedstructuralmorphologyofECO/NBR,HNBR/NBRIIIABSTRACTwithdifferentblendingratio.Andmechanicalproperties,oilresistance,compatibility,blen
