2、向套与缸体间隙流域一侧为速度入口边界,速度大小取柱塞运动速度,液压缸进油口为压力出口边界时能较好反映液压油流场的流动特性。选用最优边界及湍流模型组合进行液压缸内流场模拟的结果表明,在导向套与缸体间隙流域,流场压力沿流向线性减小,而流动速度在该间隙流域相对较大,为柱塞式液压缸组件的接触磨损及密封问题的流固耦合分析提供技术支持。关键词:液压缸;边界条件;湍流模型;流场特性;数值模拟中图分类号:TH137;TG315.4文献标志码:A文章编号:1008—0813(2015)11—0009—05NumericalResearchonInternalFlowFieldofPlu
