4、4;2.北京积水潭医院,北京100035)摘要:目的为更好的测量股骨2胫骨接触面的压力平衡状况,本研究开发一种新的膝关节力学平衡无线测量系统。方法本装置根据人工膝关节胫骨假体的外形和结构进行设计,将力学传感器和无线测量电路嵌入其中,在全膝关节置换(TKA)手术过程中替代胫骨假体试样,测量膝关节各个屈伸角度下股骨与胫骨间的作用力大小,帮助医生通过松解膝关节周围软组织来调节张力的平衡。结果测试结果表明,本装置具有较好的测量精度(r>0.98,RMS=65g),能满足临床测量精度的要求。结论利用本装置测量股骨2胫骨接
