3、suchaslightoutputreducingandservicelifereducing.Therefore,agoodthermaldesignistheresearchfocusoftheLEDlightingdevelopment.AthermalperformancetestoftheLEDisdonebyusingtheelectricalparametermethodandstructurefunctiontheory.AndthefactorsthataffecttheLEDth

4、ermalperformanceareanalyzed.Bycomparison,thethermalresistanceoftheLEDdoesnotchangewiththeexternalenvironment;afteraddingaheatsink,thethermalresistanceoftheLEDfromtheP-Njunctiontoambientdecreased72.14%,externalheatsinkplaysanimportantroleontheLEDsystem.

6、teelementthermalanalysissoftwareIcepakisusedtodothethermodynamicsimulationofhigh—powerLEDlights.Comparedwiththeexperimentalresults,thesimulationresultsshowsthatthesimulationmodelhasahighreliability;andthesimulationobtainstheLEDlightsjunctiontemperature

7、inbothstationaryanddrivingconditionswhichverifiesthereliabilityofthelampstructure.ThenthethesisanalysesandcombinesthefactorsaffectingthethermalreliabilityofthelampsandsimulatestheeffectsoftheLEDlightsjunctiontemperaturefromdifferentchipbondingmaterials
