4、ermalperformanceareanalyzed.Bycomparison,thethermalresistanceoftheLEDdoesnotchangewiththeexternalenvironment;afteraddingaheatsink,thethermalresistanceoftheLEDfromtheP-Njunctiontoambientdecreased72.14%,externalheatsinkplaysanimportantroleontheLEDsystem.
