2、multi-organizationandsoon,thereforeGridresourceorganizationandmanagementbecomethecoreissuesofgridcomputing.ResourcemanagementisoneofthekeyproblemstoprovidehighperformanceserviceforGrid.Comparedwiththeconventionaldistributedsystemandnetworksystem,theGridhasdiff
3、erentcharacteristics,andthenGridresourcemanagementhasmorecomplicatedandmorechallengeableproblems.Agenttechnologyisaneffectivedevelopmentmethodindistributedsystem.TakingtheAgenttechnologyintoGridtechnologyisaneffectivewayofsolvinggridproblems.Thestartpointofthe
4、paperistoresolvethecurrentproblemsanddefectsinGridresourcemanagementsystem.ThepaperpresentsMulti-AgentGridResourceManagementArchitecturebasedonVirtualSupermarket,inwhichGridresourceisconsideredascommodity.Thearchitecturecombineswiththebusinessconceptionandmana
5、gementmechanism.Firstly,thepaperreferstocommoditymarketingmodethatisagencymethodstepbystep.Onthebasisoftheideaofmarketingmode,thewholeGridenvironmentiscarefullydividedintomanydomains,includingintra-areaandinter-area;Secondly,combiningwithcharacteristicsofvirtu
6、alsupermarketmanagementmodelandmechanism,wegiveoutamulti-Agentlayeredgridresourcemanagementmodel;Then,everyfunctionalAgentisdescribedanddesignedreferringtothetheoryofcategoryoptimizationandshelfoptimizationinsupermarket;Finally,asimulativeexperimentationbasedo
7、nGridSim,Whichisagoodsimulationtoolkitforgridresourcescheduling,hasbeendonetoverifytheefficiency.ThesimulationresultsshowthatthemethodusingthelearningabilityofAgentcanceaselesslytracktheresourceutilizationservicecost,sothemethodcanoptimizetheresourceselection.
