2、nDianchiLakewatershedisalmostunanimouslyin2015and2020.ThereisthelargestwatersupplygapinJinningCounty,andthebalanceofsupplyanddemandofwaterresourcesincitycentre,andtheChenggongDistrictismorewaterthanwaterdemandtrends.4.BasedontheDianchiLakewatershedinter-basinwaterdiversionpr

3、ojectandemergencywaterdiversionroute,itweredevelopedwaterresourcesallocationoftimeandspacein2015and2020,anddistilledtheoptimalschemeinDianchiLakewatershed,andcalculatingthewatertransfereconomicbenefits.Itsoptimalsolutionisasfollows:,the0.001millioncubicmetersofwaterfromCheng

4、gongDistricttransferredtoJinningCountystoneriverpumpingstationin2015,andthewatertransfereconomicbenefitsisRMB0.5million,butduetolackthedataofDachunriverreservoir,ShuanglongreservoirandLuowuhereservoir,itcannottomakethespecificdeploymentplanofwaterresourceallocationforDongdah

5、eriverbasinandGuchengheriverbasin.Throughthedispatchof8.0218millioncubicmetersofwaterdiversionprojectinYunnantoChinadamreservoir,andthendistributionof0.3027millioncubicmeterstothemain,therestofthewatertoJinningCountyShizihepumpingstationin2020,andmatsushigereservoir0.3896mil
