3、nadequateprotectionandmanagementhasleadtotheshortageofwaterresourcesandthedeteriorationofwaterenvironment,andthishasbecometherestrictingfactorsofcontinuesdevelopmenttoJiningcity.Thustheresearchtooptimizetheallocationofwaterresourcesinjiningcitytomaket

4、hebalancebetweenwatersupplyanddemand,toeasethesituationofrestrictofwaterresourcestothedevelopmentofsocialandeconomyinJiningcityhasthevitalsignificance.ThispaperfirstlysurveyandevaluatethequantityandtheutilizationandinvestigationstatusofwaterinJiningci

5、ty,andconcludedthatthetotalwaterresourcesavailableandcurrentexistingproblemsinJiningcityintheexploitationandutilizationofwaterresouces;Weset2009istheyearofpresentsituationand2020istheyearofplanninglevelintheresearch,forecastthepopulationandsocialecono
