1、摘要新疆生产建设兵团(以下简称兵团)，承担着国家赋予的屯垦戍边的职责，是在自己所辖的垦区内，依照国家和新疆维吾尔族自治区的法律、法规，自行管理内部的行政、司法事务，在国家实行计划单列的特殊社会组织，现有14个师（垦区），176个农牧团场，2115个连队。社会主义新农村建设，在兵团具体体现为屯垦戍边新型团场建设，文明生态小康连队建设则是屯垦戍边新型团场建设的一项基础性工作。随着兵团改革发展的不断深入，兵团事业稳步发展，职工各项经济收入普遍增长、职工生活水平得到提高。同时收入分配差距扩大，连队农业生产和工业生产所造成

2、的环境污染、精神文明、生态文明建设相对滞后等问题逐渐凸现，并受到广泛重视，成为兵团发展中的不和谐因素。在中央新疆工作会议精神的指导下，在兵团跨越式发展暨全面建设小康社会的新形势下，建设文明生态小康连队成为缩小兵团城镇与基层连队差别、促进社会和谐的必然选择。本文以基层连队为切入点，研究中除了运用马克思主义理论的基本方法外，运用田野调查方法，在121团19连选择一些具有典型意义的鲜活实例进行剖析，设计调查问卷，到职工家走访听故事，试图了解兵团第八师121团19连文明生态小康连队建设中存在的突出问题，剖析19连文明生态
