2、jiangmanasriverregionofindustrialandagriculturalscalerapiddevelopment,thesocialdemandforwaterishigherandhigher,manyplaceshavefallintothepredicamentoftheseriousshortageofwaterresources,adirectimpactonthesustainabledevelopmentofsocialeconomy,inordertomakethewaterresourceutilizationefficiency
3、,promotethedevelopmentoflocaleconomy,inthispaper,thexinjiangmanasriverbasinwaterresourcesuseefficiencywerestudied.Themaincontentofthethesisincludesthefollowingaspects:1,discussestheutilizationefficiencyofwaterresourcesathomeandabroadresearchexperienceandresults,proposedinviewofthemanasrive
4、rbasinwaterresourcesuseefficiencyofresearchmethodsandtechnicalroute,theutilizationefficiencyofwaterresourceswithresearchprovidesthetheoreticalsupportandguidance.2,thispaperdiscussesthebasictheoryofwaterresourcesuseefficiency,comprehensiveanalysisofthetheoryofwaterright,waterpricetheory,the
5、externalityofwaterresourceutilization,publicity,andvaluesystem.3,throughthestudyofthestatusquoofthewaterresourcesutilizationinxinjiang,mainlyanalysisthemanasrivervalleyagriculturalwaterutilizationefficiencyofwaterresources,pointsoutthereasonsoflowutilizationefficiencyofwaterresourcesforthe
