1、ABSTRACT●Intheenvironmentofglobaleconomy,Chinaportindustryisfacedwithbothgreatopportunitiesandtremendouschallengesforitsgrowth．FollowingtheChina'sentryofWTOandtheenactingofopeningpoliciesforportindustryJsthefloodofforeigninvestmentintotheindustry．Inthemeantime，thelocalportindus

2、tryhasnotestablisheditscompetitivestrengthsoverforeigninvestment．Givenmatportindustryisofstrategicimportancetothecountry'seconomysecurity,thesecurityofportindustryhasbecomethefocusoftheattentionofgovemmentandexpertsintheindustry．-．Toinvestigatethesecudtyofportindustry,thispaper
