3、tproperlyunderstood.undertheassumptionthatneutrinosaremassiveandmixed,Ontheotherhandwehaveveryinterestinglimitsfromthefundamentalsoftheneutrinooscillationsarediscussedcosmology.Requiringthatneutrinoscannotover-closewithemphasisonsubtleaspectswhichhavebeenoverlookedtheUniverse
4、,wehaveinthepast.Wethenreviewtheterrestrialneutrinooscil-lationexperimentsintheframeworkofthreegenerationsofXneutrinoswiththestandardmasshierarchy.Finally,abriefmi<∼(20∼30)eV,(2)summaryofthecurrentstatusofthesolarandatmosphericineutrinoproblemswillbegiven.wheretheuncertaintyi

6、iestneutrinomassmightbeofoderof1∼10eV.Awell-establishedfundamentalfermionsintheUniverse.neutrinoorneutrinosofthismassrangecanexplaintheThemostimportantpropertyoftheneutrinosiswhethersmallscaleregionofthepowerspectrumintheformofornotneutrinosaremassive.Iftheyturnouttobemass-ho
