1、财政部关于印发《预算绩效管理工作规划（2012-2015年）》的通知财预〔2012〕396号党中央有关部门，国务院各部委、各直属机构，总后勤部，武警各部队，高法院，高检院，全国人大常委会办公厅，全国政协办公厅，有关人民团体，各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅（局），新疆生产建设兵团财务局，有关中央管理企业：为全面推进预算绩效管理，提高财政管理科学化精细化水平，根据党中央、国务院有关加强预算绩效管理的指示精神和提升政府绩效的总体要求，结合预算绩效管理工作发展需要，我们制定了《预算绩效管理工作规划（2012-2015年）》（以下简称《规划》），
