1、华中科技大学硕士学位论文摘要往复式压缩机是许多行业的关键生产设备，一旦因故障而停机将会造成巨大的损失，所以构建往复式压缩机状态监测系统具有重要的意义。木文详细论述了往复式压缩机状态监测系统的实现方法和过程，它们也适用于其它的往复式机械状态监测系统。首先，在简要介绍往复式压缩机工作原理的基础上，分析总结了用来描述压缩机工作状态的方法，针对压缩机的典型故障给出监测方案。其次，分析比较了在线和离线这两种状态监测系统的实现形式，结合实际生产情况，选择离线的方式建立往复式压缩机状态监测系统。接着在前面总结的

2、典型故障监测方法的基础上选择被测物理量，确定测点的位置，真正建立起往复式压缩机的离线状态监测系统。然后对数据采集方法进行了讨论，详细论述了用软件实现等空间采样的技术，并完成了数据的采集。再次，设计和实现了往复式压缩机状态监测系统软件.在经过需求分析、系统流程分析、数据流分析之后，设计了数据库和系统的功能模块，接着给出数据库的实现，然后采用面向对象的编程方法，用VisualC++和MATCOM混合编程的方式实现了软件功能，提供了丰富的信号处理手段和美观友好的系统界面。最后，给出了系统运行实例，并对系
