1、天津大学硕士学位论文电梯远程监控系统设计与应用姓名：冷丽娟申请学位级别：硕士专业：控制理论与控制工程指导教师：万健如20081201摘要电梯是现代高层建筑中最常用的一种垂直运输交通工具，它节省了人们的时间和体力，为日常生活提供了方便。但由于电梯结构复杂，因此要保证电梯安全可靠地运行，监控其运行状态和故障情况成为电梯管理、维护和安全运行的迫切需要。为此运用RS．485总线技术和数据库技术开发了一种基于PC机和PLC的远程监控系统，为电梯在运行过程中故障的发现、分析、排除提供了方便、形象的解决方案。本文概述了电梯远程监控系统的发展现状，主

2、要对我校电梯远程监控系统的硬件电路设计和软件设计进行了分析，完成了电梯远程监控系统PC机(上位机)界面的设计，实现了对电梯运行状态的动态显示。针对监控系统的特点，从系统元件、硬件电路、软件结构和软件程序设计等多方面考虑，运用抗干扰技术，保证了前端数据采集系统(前端机)的可靠性。上位机中利用自定义协议实现了上位机和前端机之间通过RS．485总线的多线程远程数据通信，并采用由PLC构成独立的数据采集单元完成对电梯运行状态数据的上传和参数下传设置。本文利用面向对象技术建立了故障知识库，提高了准确性，并有利于故障知识库的扩展和软件的维护。最后
