4、ontheinnerlayer.Thedetectorusesacantileveredsupport,leavingoneendofthedetectorunsupported.ThePXLdetectorisbuilttoprovideanexcellentpointingresolutionthatcanonlybeachievedifthemechanicalstabilityofthedetectoriswellcontrolled.Accordingtodesignrequirements,thepositionstabilityofthedetectorneedstobecont

5、rolledwithina20μmwindow.Siliconsensorsinthedetectorareexpectedtodissipateapproximately170mW/cm2whichamountsto270Wforthewholedetector.Inaddition,eachladderwillhostbuffersforreadoutandcontrolsignals,addinganestimated80Wforthewholedetector.Thisamountofpowerwillinducetemperaturechangesandthermalexpansio
