1、青海WL公司经营管理问题诊断及改进摘要企业诊断是应用科学的方法找出企业经营战略和经营管理上存在的问题，分析产生问题的原因，提出改进方案（建议）并指导落实，从而促进企业管理改善，提高经营成效水平，为企业发展规划提供必要的依据。本文以青海WL公司为例，对其2008年至2011年的经营效果进行了详尽的分析，并对其近三年快速发展所带来的体系和制度上的变化以及产生的问题进行了分析。通过对企业内部和行业的详尽了解和研究，运用企业诊断的相关理论和方法，设计了经营诊断方案，在框架性和指导性的企业整体经营管理诊断基础上，重点围绕企业组织机构设置（含业务流程）、薪酬分配体系进行诊断。在诊断基础上，提
2、出提高融资能力、调整负债结构、加强制度改革、提高内控能力的整体经营改进策略，重点优化设计组织架构和人力资源结构、重构企业薪酬体系的实施方案，从而达到科学有效配置生产资源，降低生产成本，提高管理效率、增加企业效益，为积极摆脱当前经营困境，实现企业的可持续发展提供支持。关键词：企业诊断，组织结构设计，薪酬体系设计I万方数据TheQinghaiWLmanagementdiagnosticABSTRACTEnterprisediagnosisistheapplicationofscientificmethodstoidentifytheproblemsonthebusinessstrat
