3、ncerned.HowtocontroltheprocessofEHDA,inordertoobtainidealsedimentarystructure,hasbeenthefocusofaaention.Inthisarticle,anumericalmodelforthesimulationofelectrohydrodynamicatomizateddroplettrajectoryhadbeenbuilttoresearchdepositionexperiment.Basingontheexisting
4、theoryandexperimentaldataofelectrohydrodynamicatomization,anumericalsimulationmodelofchargeddroplettrajectoriesWaSbuiltusingtheComsolsoftware.meffectofdifferentatomizationparameters(flowrate,workingdistance,appliedvoltage)onPt/CandPt-Ru/Cnano-suspensionatomiz
5、ationexperimentsandthemovementofthechargeddropletswerediscussed,respectively.AfocusingelectrodeWasaddedtOthetraditionalEHDAexperimentdevicetocontrolthetrajectoriesofchargeddroplets,whichmakethedepositionareaofatomizationdropletssmallerthanthatwithoutfocusinge
6、lectrode.TheeffectonEHDAofDifferenttypesoffocusingelectrodeshavebeenanalyzedrespectively.Byadjustingtheflowrate,thegraphenelinesofdozensofmicrometershavebeengot.Finally,Graphenenano-suspensionwaswereusedtostudyelectrohydrodynamicatomization(EHDA)whichusedPoly
7、dimethylsiloxane(PDMSlassubstrate.ThePDMShadbeentreatedbyoxygenplasmatoobtainthecone-jetmode.ComparisonofdifferentstructuredepositedbyEHDAonthemodifiedandunmodifiedPDMShasbeenmade.GraphenefilmswereformedontheoxygenplasmatreatedPDMSatdifferentworkingdistances.
