2、himifhehadanyquestionsforus.Heaskedseveralquestionsaboutthechurch,andwhowasservinginwhatcapacity.WhenhefoundoutthatourcurrentyouthgroupinternwasgoingtostepdowninJuneandthatwedidnotyethaveareplacement,heaskedusifwewereconcernedorworriedaboutwhatwouldhappen.Lo
3、okingaroundtheroomattheothermembersofthecommittee,Inoticedthatweallsharedacommonsmile.Notonememberofthecommitteeseemedworriedatall.Idecidedtospeakupandanswerthecandidate.ThepastorsearchcommitteewasformedabouttwoyearsagowhenPastorDanandAuntieAn-Antoldusthatth
4、eyfeltGodcallingthemtobeafull-timemissionary.Theygavethechurchseveralmonthsofnotice,andtherebygaveustimetoformasearchcommitteeforanewpastorfortheEnglishcongregation.Ithinkthatwhenwemetforthefirsttime,noneofusonthecommitteethoughtthattheprocessoffindinganewpa
5、storwouldtakeovertwoyears.InaivelythoughtthatwewouldhaveanewpastorinplacebeforethedatethatPastorDanstoppedservingatourchurch.Well,thatdatecameandwent.SomeofuswereworriedabouthowwecouldkeeptheEnglishcongregationgoing,withoutapastortopreach,withoutapastortotea
6、chSundayschool,withoutapastortoleadprayermeeting.Well,itseemslikeGodhaddifferentplansforourcongregation:mainly,tostoprelyingonourpastortodoalloftheministry.A“coregroup”wasformedfortheEnglishcongregationinordertoorganizetheSundayworshipservicesandhelpensureth
7、attheEnglishcongregationwouldcontinuetomeetandgrow.Overthepastyear,Godhasgrownourcongregationinamazingways,andHehasdonesowithoutapastor.GodprovidedseveralregularspeakerstocomeonSundaystodelivermessagestous.Godprovidedseveralpeoplefromwithinthechurchtoalsodel
