2、nistryofPersonnelthroDOP&TOMdt19thNov2009clarifiedtheissueofcalculationofpensioncontributionpayableduringforeignservice.TheoperativeportionofthatOMis“ThePresidentisnowpleasedtodecidethatpensioncontributionpayableinrespectofaGovernmentServantduringtheactiveperiodo

3、fhisforeignserviceshallbebasedontheexistingbasicpay(payinthePayBand+GP)ofthepostheldbyaGovtservantatthetimeofproceedingonforeignserviceandincasehereceivesproformapromotion/financialupgradationwhileonforeignservice,onthebasicpayfixedonsuchsuchpromotion/financialup

6、25-2-2010)TheissueofpensioncontributiononinitialpayhasbecomeourDec15thstrikedemand.MeanwhileBSNLCASectionhasissuedoneCircularon8thDec2011onthesamesubject.“Nowinsupercessionofearlierordersthecompetentauthorityhasapprovedthepensioncontributionpayableinrespectofabso

7、rbedemployeesatparwiththoseondeputationbasis.Thiswillbeeffectivefrom1stDecember,2011andallthecirclesarerequestedtofollowtheprincipleofOMdt19thNov2011”IfthementionedcompetentauthorityisCMD,thenwehaveourownapprehensionaboutthevalidityof8thDecorder.Inordertoavoidcon
